The land of Soinlekk is about the size of Canada. It's divided in to three Classes, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Class is determined by the Star, who sorts familes in to Classes based on their potential of greatness.

Eandryds are elf-like creatures with great wings. They keep their hair long, and usually keep it in many twists and ( )aids. They wear flowy trousers and shirts with boots and live to about 300.

Amphybas are semi underwater humans with gills and skin either tinted blue or green. Their ears are finlike and their hands and feed are webbed. They wear form fitting clothing, used to only cover private areas and a lot of jewlery. They are quite shy. They live for about 1000 years in semi underwater homes.

Men/humans are very intelligent but usually untrustworthy. They are skilled architects and artisans and create many works of art to honor the Star. They live for about 90-100 years.

Mages are people who can weild magic. Four individuals are chosen by the Star each year to become Mages, and once they are given this power, nothing can take it away. Any race can become a Mage and if they do become one, their lifespan if doubled.
