I have had four poems published. This last one was in memorial/honor of my sister. I used my own original poem as inspiration for my Haiku. Here is the poem in full.
My flame, my love grows stronger with the wind and rain.
It is a mystery to all around except to him whom my heart is tame.
My flame dances in joy in the midst of adversity, It will bend to the ever changing song.
Look into my eyes and see deep in my heart, there Truth abides.
And there my love, my flame rides the wind - to my Beloved I will belong.
