"Oh dear..." Alice sits up in her bed, giving a yawn. "I've slept through breakfast again." The young girl pouts as her cat, Dinah, hops up onto the bed. 

"Oh Dinah, I've got to get ready!" Throwing the blankets over the feline, Alice bolts out of bed and rushes to her dresser. 

It takes little time for her to be dressed and rushing out of the room. "I'm here, I'm here!" Alice exclaims as she bursts into the training room.

"It's about time." Responds Princess Jasmine, turning to greet Alice. 

"You need a watch." Chimes in the other girl in the room, Pocahontas. 

"What are we practicing today?" Alice asks eagerly. 

Pocahontas gestures to the bare floor of the training room, dotted only with hurdles on a circular track. "Agility."

The training lasts a couple hours, the three girls running around the track and doing there best to clear the hurdles. Alice wipes out countless times, Jasmine only a couple, and Pocahontas never. Throughtout their session, Pocahontas is giving tips and advice. By the last lap, both Alice and Jasmine clear every hurlde and finish in new personal records. 

"I'm wiped out." Complains Jasmine as the three heroes walk over to the water fountain. 

"When is lunch?" Alice asks eagerly. 

"It's still a couple hours away, Alice." Pocahontas responds, and she's met with a groan in response. 

"Can I at least get a snack?" Alice asks. "I haven't eaten all day."

Pocahontas frowns. "We're you at breakfast? It's not good to train on an empty stomach." 

"Let's go get a snack for her." Jasmine suggests. 

"Yes please!" Alice nods her head rapidly. She grabs Jasmine's hand and starts walking out of the room. 

"I'll set up the next obstacles." Pocahontas says to her trainees' backs. 

Throuhout the years of her being on this team, she's easily one of the girls who works the hardest. She's training or helping other train every moment that she's not sleeping or eating. Her and Jasmine train together frequently, and that's the closest she has to a best friend. Of course she gets along with everyone else, but sometimes she feels as if she's much more mature than everyone.
