Su'iren is my Tanjian OC. Be warned: this story includes a lot of sadness, so if you are very very sensitive, I'd advise you not to read this.

Su'ren was born to very rich parents, but both died when she was only three years old, by assassins. She lived with her maid, butler and aunt in their mansion. When she was twenty-two, she met a dashing nobleman, and she quickly fell in love. He propsed to her and they became engaged. However, due to his family becoming ill, he leaves for another continent on a large ship. Su'iren grieves, but he promises he'll return.

  Two years later, he still hasn't returned and all her friends and remaining family tell her to give up and marry somebody else, to secure the family tree. She rufuses. A year later, a ship arrives in the port and she recognises it. She believes it to be her fiancee's ship, and she rushes on board to greet him. However, it is not him and the crew, believeing she is a thief or some sort of criminal, throw her in the ship's 'prison.'

They humiliate her. They make her dance in hot shoes, cut her hair, and dress her in rags.

There, a fellow prisoner, falls in love with her looks, and begs her to be his. She refuses, as she remains loyal to her fiancee, but the prisoner, from rage and envy, rapes her.

She becomes pregnant with his child, but it is stillborn. Her captives let her hold her baby son for a few seconds, before they snatch it out of their arms and drop it overboard.

There is a kindly cook on the crew, who quickly befriends Su'iren. The cook finds out about the baby, and Su'iren's rapist. The cook tries to get her away, and so she lowers a small boat into the sea, and goes with Su'iren. But then Su'iren grasps the extremely sharp end of the oar and stabs herself in the heart. She is saved by the cook, who heals her with the help of a kindly doctor. At this point, Su'iren's friends and family come in their ship where a battle commences. She is saved, but not before stabbing the father of her stillborn child and killing him.

She later learns that her fiancee has left her for another woman, and is married with four children. All her had ever wanted was her money, and he took it too. He robbed her. He is found out an arrested. Su'iren lives with her family and friends back at the mansion.
