Doing a story for these because I haaaaaate how the doll comments fudge up the formatting

(also yaaaaaaaaasss they all got in! I hope I do alright, I've never RP'ed before :S)

Name: Hollie Jeffries

Date of birth: about 24th July

Pronouns: She/Her

From: Somewhere in the woods, now lives somewhere else in the U.S

Powers: Telekinesis, Omniglot (can speak/read every known language), Future-Vision (but she can't control when it activates, and events can still change; her eyes glaze over and go completely grey when this happens)

Personality: Friendly but doesn't really know how to interact with new folks yet, naive, very polite towards elders

Bio: Little is known about Hollie's past before she was found wandering around the outskirts of Seattle, barefoot and covered in blood. She doesn't remember much, but what she described to the authorities made them suspect she'd escaped some sort of cult. Having tested the blood and knowing the girl herself was uninjured, they suspected 'something went wrong' there and it allowed her to escape.       

She was released into the care of a foster family, who took her to various specialists to check if she's developing normally and see how she might have been affected by past events. When meeting with a child psychologist who's testing her mental development, they discover she has a better reading comprehension than they expected for her age, so they get more advanced reading materials (eventually giving her some user manual that's laying about the office), and are more than shocked when she continues reading the instructions from a section written in another language. They get her to look at each different language in the booklet and she reads/speaks them all as if they're her native tongue.

The psychologist asks how she knows those languages, she says she just knows, the people she lived with before liked it when she done 'special' things like that. They ask her to elaborate, and she shows them her telekinesis, but says she can't always do her other special thing when people want her to.

All this led to her being enrolled at the school, which she looks forward to as she'll get to meet others like her ^^

From: Columbia City, Seattle, Washington

Powers: Mediumship (communicates with spirits), Aura Reading, can generate protective forcefields

Personality: Quiet, bookish, dedicated, loyal, disciplined, finds it hard to connect with people

Facts about her:

• Vegetarian
• Attends martial arts and gymnastic classes and competitions when not at school
• Severe phobia of deep water, like she can't even handle the deep end of a swimming pool
• Compulsive hand-washer
• Constantly reading, re-reads Peter Pan A LOOOOT
• She likes taking part in Stage productions and is an ok singer (not the best melodically, but can hold super high notes for ages)
• Attended a private all-girls school before going to Chesterfield
• Nola speaks very formally to everyone, and doesn't use contractions in her speech (no shortening words/phrases, e.g: saying 'does not' instead of 'doesn't'). No-one's quite sure why she does this (Her speech kinda reminds me of Susan Calvin from the I, Robot movie)
• Her spirit-talking power lets her talk to spirits who approach her, but she can also force an unwilling spirit to speak to her, she hates doing this though and will only consider it as a last resort

Gender: Not sure, but switches between feeling masculine or feminine

Pronouns: She/Her or He/Him, is fine with They/Them too

From: Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, Outer Heb.rides

Powers:

• Technopath (controls technology, can control far-away tech too as long as they're touching something that can send signals to it)
• Grows sharp teeth that can bite through anything (this isn't really useful to them for anything other than freaking people out)
• Can safely eat/digest the weird stuff they bite through (sharp stuff could still damage them, but eating something toxic wouldn't cause any issues, and thus is the only person who'd actually eat a tide pod and not die)

Personality: Fiercely independent, stoic, inquisitive, a positive nihilist, willing to socialize if there's nothing else to do

Facts about them:

• LOOOOOVES tea, is a proper stickler about it and feels personally offended if you put the milk in first (or put the sugar in while the teabag's still in the cup, like a heathen)
• Mad about space (the science, aesthetics, and aliens)
• Also enjoys Mythology stuff and awesome monsters
• Maaaaay have used their tech powers for dubious means before (don't ask how they got the cash for that fancy telescope..)
• Can't stand snobs or rich pricks (at least the ones who think themselves superior just 'cause they have cash), thrives on pissing those types off
• Is sarcastic/bitchy as hell, but doesn't show it much since interaction takes effort and they can't be arsed with people on their best days
• Will absolutely swear in Gaelic once they realize/think no-one's gonna understand them (which'll result in shocked gasps from Hollie and a detention from Mr Raffi, both of whom understand the language)

Name: Rafael 'Raffi' Cipher

Powers: Teleportation, telepathy, healing

Personality: Cheerful, mischevious, fiercely protective, always humming or singing to himself

Facts about him:

• is from a family of magic users and attended the academy himself as a kid with his b.rother Ryleh
• Was well-known as a prankster when he was a student (and actively has to resist the urge to prank his colleagues so he doesn't get fired)
• Has a big love for music and likes to play the banjolele when he has some free time
• Prone to anxiety
• Is happy for the students to call him Mr Raffi or Mr Cipher, whatever they prefer
