Adelmar is the Arch Mage of the College of Winterhold.  He studied the Voice.  He has a full library of books that he has read on every topic.  He is a level-headed high elf who only wishes to concern himself with the pursuit of knowledge.  He is a highly respected individual.

  And he just ran around Markarth in the middle of the night,  jumping off of buildings, naked.

  Naked.

  I was trying to level up his restoration, because I'm so used to using potions with my other non-mage characters (he's my only mage, really) and his other magic skills are high-level and restoration is just sitting there at level 49 or whatever.

  So I stripped off his clothes, and made him jump off of high places so that he would get injured so that he could heal himself.

  Also, when I was leveling up his alteration, I just went into Nepos' house and threw around items with the telekinesis spell for hours.  I also stood outside Vlindrel Hall and threw meat from the market around.

  Adelmar is actually quite strange.
