Hello!  My name is CJ.  I am writing this for the stories section, in case any Doll Divine members would like to know a bit about me.

I am 27 years old, and I work as a researcher/curator of my boss's extensive stamp collection.  I write up information about the history of the stamps or letters, and design layouts to display them.  I also tutor for my boss's two awesome teens.

I grew up on a farm, and I luv animals.  As a kid, I luved cartoons more than anything, and I dreamed of being a cartoonist or voice actress.  I still luv cartoons.  I like to learn about how cartoons were made in the past and the technology used to make them today.  I think it's an excellent medium for lots of stories.

Growing up in a small town meant I didn't know a whole lot of people who shared my interests.  When I was about 12 I joined an online forum for the game Neopets, where I met a fabulous group of friends I still speak with today.  When I got older I had the privilege of being able to meet many of them in person.  I even married one of them!  :o

I went to a small college where I majored in English, with minors in Journalism and Creative Writing.  After college I worked as a waitress, a radio news reporter, and a substitute teacher for two years until I found my current job.

My husband and I are really into webcomics and we read a bunch.  We also like to go to conventions to meet webcomic artists/writers and see other cool things.  Our favorite is GenCon in Indy.  We both like board games and card games.

My hobbies include drawing, writing, and playing with dolls.  Not just Doll Divine dolls, but I also have a small collection of Monster High dolls that I really enjoy, as well as lots of MLP blind bag ponies.

Current fandoms include Hunter x Hunter, Pokemon, MLP:FiM, Hatoful Boyfriend, and Gravity Falls; but there are lots of other shows and stories I luv, too!
