For the fifth week of our contest, you will be designing a ball or evening gown based on military uniforms. I did my best to find the most distictive uniforms out there to give you plenty of colors, shapes, textures, and accessories to work with. Most of you should have no trouble finding reference pictures if you google your assignment. Some of you may get somewhat inconsistant results, however. If this is the case and you don't know where to turn, message me on the Salute! doll or my contact page (purple sign.) I'll give you a reference picture to work from.

While your dress should be inspired by the uniform I have assigned you, you do not in any way need to recreate the uniform - in part or in entirety.

Remember, when you post you doll please put the theme and the name of your doll in the title. Click here to view the schedule for Salute! week.

Note: Now that the theme is announced you can begin making your dolls for week 5! Just don't post them until the date and time on the schedule =)
