- Details: Lewan (leh wahn) is one of Tor'ena's several moons, and the second of the two that are inhabited. It is the farthest moon from the planet, orbiting far outside Tor'ena's rings. It is an exceedingly lush place, with nearly 95% of its surface covered with fauna.

- Details: The Lewani (leh wahn ee) are a laid-back sort of people. Many are farmers or botanists. They are known for composing soft, relaxing music, making wonderful dyes, and for their enormous variety of beautiful flowers.
Personality: Nielle is typical of her race - quiet and peaceful. In a group discussion she is often found sitting quietly and thinking hard about the topic at hand. When asked to speak up, she usually offers keen insights and asks questions that hadn't occurred to others. She loves music and dancing, but also sewing, and of course flowers.
