I will finally tell you the story of my parents. 

My mother is Jade Doa and my father is Lee Doa. My father was a very skilled waterbender that met my mother on a fishing trip. He met her in the Fire nation at the trading center. When he saw her he was mezmorized at her beauty. She had blonde hair and blue eyes. her skin was pink from the cold winter and she was the most beautiful women he had ever seen. My mother says when she saw him she was shocked at how handsome a water bender could be. He had tanned skin with brown hair and green eyes. They decided to talk to each other and became intreaged by one another. Once they grew to understand one another better they decided to go on dates. A few years later they married and had me. Mother says I was the most wonderful gift she could ever recieve and she was so excited to learn I was a fire bender just like her. Of course she knew I couldn't be the next avatar because an Air Nomad was suppost to be the one. She told me stories of the Avatar. "I knew Avatar Roku's family. He was an amazing avatar and his granddaughter is the Firenation's queen. Ursa is a very beautiful and kind woman. She will do anything to protect the ones she loves. She used to be a very dear friend of mine." mother would say. " Of course Sozin, Roku's best friend was responsible for his death and the death of the Air Nomads. One of them was suppost to be the Avatar, but I'm not so sure there will ever be another Avatar." Mother said. She may have believed this with everything in her being, but I still had hope. Mother would teach me to fire bend and right away she could tell that I would one day be a powerful bender. Sometimes when I would bend the fire would turn blue. She told me that ment I was a prodigy firebender. When she met my friend Haylynn and her family she was so happy to have friends to talk to. Father and Toku would hang out together and go on fishing trips while Mother and Karina sat and talked for hours. Haylynn, Sheea, and I played any type of game we could come up with. Of course it was a little difficult because Sheea was a nonbender and we didn't wish to hurt her. The day we met Mikka changed the whole way mother and father saw the Firenation. Father had always dissliked it, but it was where mother had grown up. She grew angry of the ways things were done around there. The day she attacked those guards to protect me she told me she had realized how much she disliked the Firenation. She was upset about how close she had come to losing me and she never wanted that to happen again. They both told me they would never leave me and that they would be by my side no matter what. One night they had broken their promise. That was the day that my whole world changed forever!

I wake up to the smell of breakfest. Yum turtle-duck eggs and soft buttery biscuits. I think i even smell Komodo sausage. I got up and went into the kitchen. "Good morning mother and father." I said "Good morning little sparky" said father. "Good morning my little turtle-duck." said mother. She made our dish and brought breakfest over to us. "Smells delicious!" I said while my mouth watered. We ate and then cleaned up our mess. "Why don't we go out today and explore a little of the Firenation?" my mother suggested. we agreed, dressed, and headed out the door. We walked to the beach and watched the sun get higher into the sky. We talked and laughed and told stories of crazy memories. "Remember when Ava thought she was a little turtle-duck and tried to fly over the pond?" mother would say with a smile. "Yes and to this day you still call her turtle-duck." father would answer. "Father don't you recall when I caught that huge fish on a fishing trip of ours?" "Yes and we ate on it for days!" mother would say. We decided to visit Mika, Auri, Ling, And Boe. They invited us for lunch and  so we ate Seaweed noodles, Fish, Five-flavor soup, and later had Kale cookies. We walked all around the Firenation and even visited Ember Island for a small game of volley ball. When we were threw with that we walked to the market place and looked at all the different foods and items that were being sold. We went to see Haylynn, Sheea, Karina, and Toku. We were again invited to have food and so we ate our dinner. We had vegetable wraps, Roast duck, Noodle-soup, and for dessert Rice and Moon cakes. We then went on top of a grassy hill that overlooked much of the Firenation. We sat and watched the sunset feeling happier then we ever had. I looked at how happy mother and father were and they smiled at me and huged me into a big group hug. Once the sun dissappeared from the world and the moon showed its beautiful self we went home. Mother built a fire and tucked me in bed. Father gave me a glass of milk and kissed my forehead before leaving my room. Mother sang to me and kissed my forehead. She said good night and left my room. I slipped into a dream world that quickly changed. I dreamed of mother, father, and I dancing. The queen coming to visit with us and hugging us good bye. My friends and I playing around at Ember Island. Mother, Father, and I staring at the sunset. Then the sunset turning into a fire breathing monster. The monster flying toward us and sweeping up my parents. My mother telling me good bye and that she would find me again one day. Me crying as the horrible monster flys off with them still clutched in his claws. My mother screaming my name and then I awoke. I got up and got a glass of water. I almost went back into my room when I noticed that the sun is out. I quickly think of how every morning we would go and watch the sun rising after we ate breakfest. I don't smell breakfest and I think fire. I run outside into the bright light of the sun and I realize something is wrong. I run back inside and look around. I go into mother and father's room and there beds are made. Where is mother and father? I dress and run outside again. I decide to see if Karina or Toku know where they are but they say no. They help me look and I ask Boe and Ling but they say no. They all help me look all over the Firenation and we come up empty with no answers. The day fades to night and they offer me a place to sleep and some food. Although i havent eaten all day I dont fell hungry at all and I say no. I walk home and get into their made bed. I cover myself and cry myself to sleep. I'm with them only in my sleep but I have the same dream as before. I wake up and realize no one else is hear and I'm still alone. All I can do is cry "YOU BROKE YOUR PROMISE!".

My world fell apart that day. I was a young girl with no money or parents. I was all alone and I didn't want anyone to see how heartbroken I was inside. I only ever saw my parents in my dreams and I eventually had to start stealing food so I wouldn't go hungry. The day I met Zuko my spirit was lifted. He was handsome and very kind to me and his mother was a wonderful person. My life in the palace wasn't as great as it could have been. Azula and Ozai were the cruelest people I had ever met and Azulon was not the greatest either. My life in the palace is another story that i will tell you. In that story I will include the day of Zuko's banishment, the day I met the Avatar, and up till the seige of the Nothern water tribe. I am Ava Doa daughter to Jade and Lee Doa and the greatest fire bender of my time.
