An old world building I had done when I was 12 or 13 or so. It's an elder fae race of darkness and war, and elder sorcery, being of alien planar nature. They exalt abyssal gods of the Lovecraftian Cycle. They are aligned with Air, Space, and the Void, and their coloration and spectra reflects that. They live on a planet that is cold and cast in near perpetual twilight because of its distance from the blue-white prime it orbits.

I haven't done much work with them since then, because they are such a cheerfully evil race that loves war and conquests with no angst, so they were always a distant menace in the background rarely heard of in my later stores. But recent makers have really added character to them so I might just resurrect them.
