No, not quite altered, Ifrit realizes as the tension seeps gradually out of her, but... her worries are being de-emphasized, like a massage will work the knots from kinked muscles. Also, her injuries are healing much faster than they ordinarily would. The djinn woman considers for a moment, and then eases slowly back into the waters of the pool, accepting. Certainly what is happening was not sought out, or even ordained by, her own free will, yet for once Ifrit is content just to surrender.

The water is wonderfully relaxing to her bare skin, and soothes Ifrit's still healing wounds. Wading deeper, the blue djinn female wishes she had soap to wash her hair, since she cannot remember the last time she had the luxury of a true bath. However, a good rinse will have to do, she decides, leaning back to dunk her head under the surface. For a while the fey woman lets herself float, dreamily, and then stands bolt upright, streaming water from wet hair. Her thoughts are being altered!

"You might also like to bathe," adds the green fey. "In fact, I highly recommend the custom for brides. A pool lies a short way off in that direction," she tells Ifrit. Acknowledging that she has been dismissed, the djinn female gathers up the wedding gown and soon comes to the aforementioned pool. It is clear and slightly warmer than the air, being spring fed. Laying out her traditional marital costume, which isn't properly speaking a dress, but more a skirt and matching top, Ifrit strips.
