Uh, well, it's vaguely based off of the song "Save Me" by Shinedown (hence the name of the drawing, because I can't think of anything else right now). Which is about drug abuse. And stuff. What. DX BUT EVERYTHING IS HAPPY IN THE END. I'll write a Story to make everything more clear?
