my OC, alidah, for @Pearlsdiner's #cityofblackstone !!! i've decided her occupation is a spoken word poet/lyricist. she has a flair for the dramatic (hence the long coat and the rather skimpy leotard underneath) and possesses a dry, witty sense of humor.
now for some interesting background info. her name, alidah (pronounced uh-lee-dah) is a bastardization of the celtic name ailidh. her makeup was heavily inspired by traditional geisha makeup, and her headdress and body ornaments were inspired by @Pearlsdiner, @Sorachan, and @LadyLeaf. the red shoes are a throwback to @Pearlsdiner's older dolls of sairen. the leotard is inspired by a previous doll of mine. overall, her design is supposed to be a fusion between celtic/irish (ie: the embroidery) and multiple asian countries (ie: the sandals, the makeup, and the headdress).
note: only thing modded is the eyeshadow and eyeliner. |
