Thanks Topazio! A Screen grab will depend on your operating system. On windows 10 go to the start menu. Find 'Snipping Tool' choose New & follow instructions. Save onto 'Paint' or other editing programme to get it into a JPeg image exactly 400 pixels wide and 600 pixels tall to upload it. I hope this helps - there are lots of tech wizards here so you could try the forum.
