She does move to a palace first, and while the Emperor is making a pass at her, she disappears, having called on the moon for help. At least that's what the plot summary says. ;)

Thanks very much, Wren and elerieros!! It's a relatively newly found dollmaker called Saiunkoku. There's no English at all, so I had to guess what the buttons meant; I wiped out my doll 3 times that way, lol.
