Thanks lots Sally!!! I did kind of drape her down in pearls on the feeling that, when she can be persuaded to appear at an event, she just throws them all on willy-nilly. :)

I like how her back story is sort of reflected in her dress, with her family's fortune being in pearls; that's a clever detail :D The blue, gold and white look lovely together- slightly nautical, too, which works well with the pearl theme again! I love her hair and the expression on her face; she seems like a really interesting person <3

She is younger than Liri'el's father, and though closer to him than to his daughter in age, not much closer. She is rather reclusive and Nur'yati is not above startling her infrequent guests or hosts by leaving the table to jot down an important thought. Nonetheless, she is Liri'el's favorite relative besides her parents, from whom she learned much medicine and more wisdom.
