Giving the room royal purple wallpaper was a wonderful idea. Then to use baseboards that match the window casement is extraordinary. Such a classy feature. The texturef of the mermaid fin base of the skirt is a unique touch that doesn't compromise the integrity of the original but adds that Kanansai fingerprint which always means beauty style and uniqueness. The muted blending technique was a better way to use tthe combination of color s as opposed to using a lace overlay.
