| "Portia you come here right this minute,"yelled school marm Emilee Starkes. Portia was six years old and quite sassy. " No,I don't have to listen to you. I don't want to read and write! Emilee said, Suit yourself. The little girl rocked her baby doll and said, I want to play mommy. Okay Emilee responded. We will play for a few minutes then back to the books. Portia smiled. Okay Miss Emilee. Suddenly the sound of a bee caused the little girl to break out in a panic and run to Miss Emilee. Oh let's go in the house and read and write there are too many bees.
