| Marina eyed the woman curiously when she asked if she knew the Lord. The question she immediately responded yes to but the question knawed at her conscious until it was quitting time at the local department store in Cape Breton. As she and her co workers went on brake and walked along the shore she mentioned it to her friends. Her friends teased and joked about it but she knew it wasn't a laughing matter. Her grandfather was a pastor so she thought of course I should know the Lord but she realized she went to the altar and professed Christ as Lord and Savior but never lived out that profession. As she drove home tears streamed down her face she wanted to know the Lord. She understood the relationship only came through faith in Christ and she made that profession in her heart again and knew she needed to sit under teaching of the word. She hand't been to church in months. After that day she went to church each Sunday. God used a question to prick her heart to know Him. |
