God marvelouly restored him and he was given seven sons and three daughters who were considered the most beautiful in the land, These daughters I am sure were not only a delight to their father but he raised them in the fear and admonition of the Lord. They knew of a father who stood in the face of adversity in faith. What a beautiful example for young women to see in their father and I can only imagine how this example shaped their thoughts about what time of husband they desired.
