Definitely a classy, chic, & elegant black-&-white dress!! I seriously love this outfit!! (I'm a sucker for polka-dots, so you had me at the skirt, xDD) but the style, form, & design of the whole ensemble is just stunning~!! I love the form of the skirt & that beautiful white jacket you made!! The black, ruffled sleeves is the most perfect addition to the outfit & I just love the many polka dots & rose accents!! Her hair & hairpiece are just marvelous too!! So refined & classic!! Love it!! <3
