Tbh, I wasn't going to put the ice at first, but it fit so well with Tsukiko's icy personality, I just thought screw it & did it anyway. xD Though I may have gone a bit overboard, just a little. xD @Fiona, yes~!! I love this! The way you used the icicles to make that snowflake she is standing on and on the tops of her boots and it makes the dress look like it was dipped in water and then froze! This is amazing and very original!
