| Want more polish? Well that's kind of up to you! There are a gazillion ways to add your own spin and really help your combo-doll click together :D I would recommend saving a back-up of your work in Krita's default file type (jpeg, gif, and png don't save seperate layers), so that you can come back to it later. For the final product of this doll I only used copy and paste methods already described and some very limited drawing on new layers. Experiement and have fun! Just a few little details can have a really cool effect!
