"But it's worth alerting the Emperor about," mused the Princess. "How do you mean to accomplish this?" asked Yu Lien. "I have an idea," Mulan said.

"Then we need to cut the witch off from her power base, isolate her far from her normal sphere of influence. Let's take Kala Nag back with us to China," recommended the General. "You tell me, Yu Lien," Mulan asked, pleased by this proposal, "would trapping Kala Nag in the women's quarters of the Imperial Palace render her magically harmless?" The sword spirit also smiled, quite slowly, "Yes, I believe it would." Prince Rouran, though, was cautiously hopeful, but not entirely persuaded yet.
