Oeru lu pxay aysipawm, ultxe sunu oeru fitipangkxo niteng! It might be easier to have a conversation and ask things along the way. I am still pretty new to the language, but I've been finding that talking like this is opening up my vocabulary, use, and understanding of the Na'vi language. Si lu 'o'!

Txantsan! - Oeru lolu ftxoza nitxan 'o' niteng! - Actually, regarding -ru, both answers are correct; it is another ending (the dative), and also idiomatic. There is no verb for "to have" in Na'vi, so one says, lu oeru/ngaru/poru, literally "it is to me", but you translate it as I/you/(s)he have or has. So ngaru lu fpom srak? literally means "Wellness is to you yes/no?" but it gets translated as "How are you?" Ftxoza oeru lolu nitxan 'o'! means "I had a very fun celebration." Does that help?

Ftxoza oeru lolu nitxan ti'o'! --- For now, Lenrra is fine! I'm not sure about my name yet so both Shiny and Lenrra will be okay. :) --- When would you need to put the -ru at the end of oe or nga? I've been searching for ages and can't find anything (the dictionary gives a brief confusing answer). Is it just another case, or a suffix, and when should you use it?

Yes, ma Shiny. Nrr is glow. Le- is a prefix that changes the word into proud (I forgot, oops), as in glowing with pride. So yes, you are correct. I'll let you choose your own name. My usual Na'vi name is Alyara, but Saralyn is okay too. Alyara doesn't mean anything; it's just random sounds. --- Also, you want to say "srane oeRU lu fpom, irayo." The -ru is parallel with ngaRU lu fpom srak? -- Ftxoza ngeya lolu 'o' srak?

KaltxÃ¬, ma Saralyn. Srane, oe lu fpom, irayo. Ngaru tut? Is Saralyn ok to call you, or do you have another name you wish to go by? Also, I looked up "Lenrra" in the dictionary and got "proud"? Nrr means glow, so would le- be a prefix if the origional word is nrr?
