| Yet another entry for the Wedding and Formal Wear Shoppe contest. This time I had to make a wedding gown for a big fan of Audrey Hepburn who wanted a dress mainly based on the dress from “My Fair Lady” with a bit of the style from “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”. I really loved the necklace/neckline from the “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” dress, so I included that, and combined it with a skirt based on the one from “My Fair Lady”. Dinogeddon doesn’t have particularly good draggies for making lace, so I wasn’t going to include it, but the dress didn’t look right without it so I tried my best. I wanted to add a hat like the one in “My Fair Lady” but I was worried I’d mess it up and wasn’t sure how I would make it, so I left the design like this. I’m pretty happy with it overall. |
