| Bethany Goldsmith was an American Baseball Pitcher, born on the 6th October 1927. At age 12 she began to play softball with the boys of the neighbourhood, and in 1948 she joined Kenosha Comets and played with them until 1950. After her baseball career she worked at various companies and after her retirement in 1984 she attended many Baseball games and in later life she enjoyed playing golf in Orlando, Florida. She died on October 24 2004, aged 77 in Florida. (For @NightOwl's contest) |
