First of all, the tardis is AMAZING! I love how the red shorts match the blackness of the tank top and the tights- oh the wonderful tights! Also simple, the tights are the perfect way to capture the look for this outfit. The hair in the beanie is great, as well as the boots and shading! I would definitely wear this if I had it.
