| Part 2: Fill in the skirt
I choose the medium blue and filled inside the lines I had drawn earlier. Next, I took the dark blue circle in a smaller size and covered the outline I had drawn. Finally, I took the light blue and added highlights on each fold.
The once all 3 colors are added you layer it a 2nd time blending as much as possible given your time and patience. |
