| I finally re-made it!!! And I really like how it turned out! I think it's one of my new favourites. I like this version better than the lost one, so maybe I lost it for good. But of course I was stupid enough and made my work harder by drawing the folds of the mermaid skirt first and then the ruffles, so later I had to cover beige lines with the line tool... That's why some of the ruffles look weird. Aside from that, I'm really happy with the result. I had this design in my head for months and finally made it! (I tried to be creative with it but I can still feel @Kanansai and @Bluesmooth127 vibes...)
