I love this so much!! She reminds me of the girls from Madoka Magica. Her whole look is so cool it makes me want to know more about her. I also love the smoky platform you made and the contrast against the really light and gentle background.
This is AMAZING! I love how you made the stockings, they're just perfect. Her dress is beautiful too, the design is gorgeous. I love the staff she has, it's so pretty and cool!
