Second crown with comment for Round III for winning PPP. Oh this is a perky pretty vintage look. The A-Line Skirt definitely conveys vintage in that it clearly represents a period of fashion. I like the stripes and you know I am a pink fan. The hairstyle is cute with the hat. Nice shoes too. A pretty crown for this one.
