It's a wonderful picture, and I get the braces thing. Not totally because of course I am not you and don't know the circumstances, but I am one to say they suck. I had a lot of ankle problems growing up and had to wear braces for a time. Not fun. I know it's not good to focus on negatives, but at the same time, I find it healthy to say, you know what, it sucks. In a weird way I'm saying it's a good picture, especially if it's therapeutic for you.
hotchy, with so much love from your DD family I hope you appreciate your beauty- we do. My appearance frustrates me sometimes but overall I have such joy and contentment in life -even with health concerns- the weight's pretty much an afterthought. Be strong! there's more love and acceptance than the media would lead us to believe.
