That is an AWESOME dress :D And shoes, the shoes are pretty epic too! Nice choice having her hair over her eyes for the costume, who needs a mask when you've got bangs like that XD Very original design, I love it :D
Hero costume! I ended up doing both because I wanted to try to design the hero costume but I wasn't sure if it would turn out good... so I did the civilian clothes too.
