First of all, smashing quote, I absolutely love it and think it is totally apt. It always amazes me what people cane do with Neptune's Daughter, but here you have totally blown me away. The effort that has gone into the tail on that skirt is clear to see (and definitely worth an accurate crown), not to mention the divine hair piece. Little bits like the chains on the boots and the shoulder detail really make this worthy of its couture label. Love it.
Her boots are amazing and so is her outfit. I like how the beads are cleverly hiding her chest. The detailing is all well done including the lace effect on her skirt.
