I love this! She looks like an undersea version of Batman's Poison Ivy, which is a good thing. The wings and dragon ridges really set the mood, and the tattoos are also a nice touch!

Gorgeous, she looks so dangerous with her makeup and spikes and black motifs. Her wings are really cool too. This very scary, yet equally beautiful.
