| Blending is your friend. Say it with me now, Blending is your friend. No matter what maker you are using, shading looks 10 times better if you blend. To Blend, take the spiky type draggie at the 2nd or 3rd transparency and put it beside the shadows, slight covering them, just enough to make it less abrupt. Sometimes you will cover the shading and highlighting too much, and you can go over it again with your shadow/highlight colours. |
