Her dress is supposed to be a skittles bag. The lining on the bottom of the dress is skittles (yum ^.^) I'm actually quite proud of this, because I'm not very good at Erte.
This is awesome! I love her Skittles bag dress and the skittles at the bottom of the skirt! The collar is really cool too!
