The cat-eyed king, a name given to King Aldárégon of Seaddhú by those who are not very fond of him.
This was done a while ago, I saw an
art on Pinterest and suddenly wanted to draw elves, so this happened. I am both pleased and not pleased by the end result, the face proportion seems odd still, the hair looks unnatural, but I am happy with the shading, and the circlet. Jump on the portrait bandwagon I guess?
