I can't say I've seen a tropical elf before, but now I really wish I could see more! She's so beautiful! I love the beading (or tattoos?) covering her, they're so gorgeous and exotic, as are the colors and the design of her dress and hair. The background is so lovely! The colors and beading in the sky are beautiful, and the background is so gorgeous with all those greens and the purple of the balcony she's on! I love this. <3
