Wow this is intricate! I love it. Especially the inlay on her dress. The sleeves are incredible and the hat is outstanding. I love Marie Antoinette, and I love seeing new interpretations of her. Very fun.

I did do a bit of research. I like to add a bit of historical accuracy when I make a historical figure. :) Thank you very much for the honor of 3rd place!!! I'm glad to have been a part of your contest. It was a joy to make her(from hair to dress to her furnishings).

Congratulations on winning third place in my "Marie Antoinette" contest! This next bit will sound cheesy, but: the courage you have to make a design like this and not want to take things out of it or tone it down a bit is inspiring! I, myself, do not- no, CAN not do fabulously intricate dolls like this; I can't bring myself to! Unlike when I attempt to begin on an intricate doll, you knew exactly what you were doing (I see a bit of background research!) and you did it magnificently!
