Trying some shading and construction out on Erté; really like what ended up happening! I could be happier with her face, but other than that I'm pretty dang proud of myself. This lady could potentially be a friend of Queen Violette!

The shading is absolutely gorgeous!! I always struggle to shade on this maker but you did it so flawlessly! I adore the work on that skirt (it's so cool) and the beautiful bodice!! The flowers are the perfect accents and really tie the whole outfit together! I love how they pop against her skin! The beadwork is also fabulous & her pink hair is just fabulous!! I have always loved the timeless classiness of Erte and I think you really captured it in this doll! She's magnificent! :3
