This is such a lovely accompaniment to the song! I love the emotion in this, and the powerful, dynamic poses of the silhouettes. Actually, this sort of reminds me of the game limbo. The gorgeous styling of it, not the mood or story. This is so superbly done and tells a story, like all your scenes. Beatiful work!
I'm so glad that you like it!!! I knew that you really liked this song, and I was worried that I wouldn't do it justice. Don't worry about not commenting sooner. I know what it's like to be so busy that you don't have time for DD. At least you didn't disappear for a couple months like I did!
(cont.) use silhouettes, you do such fabulous silhouette work on ND!! Truly this whole doll is everything I was hoping for, and more!! It's amazing, and I love it!! Thank you so so much for making this more me!!<3 And of course I will be adding this straight to my favourites!!:D (oh and I am very sorry for not commenting on this sooner, I've just been so preoccupied lately!!)
(cont.) people, it must take a great deal of trial and error, and so much patience!! They look excellent, I love their natural poses. Funnily enough, I can't actually tell if they are meant to be moving towards or away from the viewer, but I kind of like that it can be interpreted in different ways. They could with be heading into the dark, or they could be reaching their destination after travelling through the dark together. Either way, I like it. I'm really happy that you decided to (cont.)
Oh my gosh, I LOVE this!!!!!!! You nailed it, this is an absolutely perfect representation of the song!! This song is one of my favourites, and one of the reasons I love it is because of the beautiful imagery in the lyrics, and you could not have captured it more brilliantly!! The greyscale colour scheme is perfect, and I like that you used varying shades of black, white and grey, it gives it so much more depth. The couple are just too cute, I have no clue how you make such tiny little (cont.)
Thanks, Shinymist!!! I never knew about the song before rose made her request, so I'm glad to hear that someone familiar with the song liked my take on it. I hope rose likes it!
