Oh, she's splendid!! ^^ That gown is stunning, and her accessories are lovely! You can really see the strength and lingering grief in Ti'inrani's eyes here. I'm sure she prefers the Winter Solstice festival to the Vernal Regale, but she looks amazing. (And don't worry about her hair not being muted. Some do have more vibrant than others, or they might enhance their hair natural color with extracts or dyes)

Thanks, Pearlsdiner! I'm pretty sure Ti'inrani hates this dress because it's more revealing than usual and she prefers darker colors, but her aesthetic isn't quite as fitting for spring! :)
