What do you mean she's not great?!?! You did a fantastic job! When I first enlisted in the Army, it was in the WAC, and Pallas Athena was our emblem/mascot, and she has been my favorite goddess ever since. Thanks!

And it's believed the whole bit with her sending Perseus to kill Medusa was added by the Romans (who hated the Greeks despite stealing their mythology). As shown, Athena's aegis has medusa's head on it. The original Greek version's lost, but the theory is instead of giving him a mirror shield to defeat bring back Medusa's head she gave him her shield (with medusa's head) to defeat some other enemy.

Athena is my favourite too!The way you made her outfit is just perfect, from the helmet to the shield and the dress! The shading is really good, especially in the helmet! Also @CrimsonTears3 that's actually a late version of the myth, based on a Roman writer :) In ancient Greece Medusa was born just like her sisters if I am not mistaken.
