Another of the heavenly beings, Yavanna is next in reverence to Varda, and is known as the Giver of Fruits, for "she is the lover of all things that grow in the earth." The Elves call her Kementári, and she appears tall and robed in green, or sometimes in the form of a tree. Her spouse is Aulë.
