Queen of the Valar, those beings that rule over the world of Arda, known as the Lady of the Stars, and to the Elves as Elbereth. They revere her most, for "in light is her power and her joy". Virtually all things are perceived by her and her husband Manwë, and they dwell in Valinor, in the ultimate West.
