Catleya barely takes time at home to change her clothes before seeking out someone to whom she can unburden her mind of all of the confusing news she has received, an ally who knows her and can share her concerns, in short, a friend. As she only really has two, the choice to be made is simple: who first, Velen or Deva? Deva is her oldest friend, but more likely to be up to her #Kuromi ears in the business of dress making.
