Gorgeous! I think all your work at folding and shading has certainly paid off! The shape of the skirt looks really natural, and her outfit overall looks so cute and so lovely. The little additions like the fringing at the bottom of the skirt look fantastic!

I do hope you're feeling better about this doll. I think it's great. I know how challenging shorter skirts are on this maker & think this skirt is wonderful. I love the hat & Elton John's music too. Most of all I am chuffed that you thought of me. It really means so much :-)

Thank you so very much Kalnya!!! I used a longer skirt to figure out how to place the folds, since this is my first "folds" project, and then made it disappear after I had colored over it.

Thanks so, so much cosmicrose!!! This is the most ambitious make-it-yourself project I've ever undertaken, definitely. I've always had a thing about purple cowboy hats ever since I saw Elton John wearing one; NOT as easy as it looks, and it doesn't look easy. So I put beads on in place of the hat band because I was so pleased with how it came out, finally!

I suck on this maker compared to other makers so believe me when I say you did an incredible job on the skirt. The shading is very detailed(I get lazy on mine lil) and I can clearly see the folds. The hat is good too.

Looool!! The title of this doll is definitely my favorite part (aside from the doll of course!!) I simple love the design of this doll's outfit!! The pattern on her top is beautiful & that skirt!! Holy smokes, that skirt must have taken you ages!! ;3; I just love the purple color especially & the shading is fantastic!! The tassels on the bottom are super cute too & her hat!! Her hat is the most adorable thing!! The shape is excellent & that outline is simply divine!! Love the beads too!! Cute!<3
